It doesn’t matter where you are located, our custom-cut seafood service can get fresh seafood direct to your door in a day.

We get the freshest seafood to your door fast. It all starts at our custom seafood processing facility in Miami, Florida. Within hours of being caught, fish and seafood are delivered to our experts who have spent their entire careers in seafood. In our pristine cutting room, they process seafood to exacting specifications, often scaling fish by hand or removing bones with tweezers. Once cut, your order is immediately packaged in Styrofoam containers with food-touch paper and gel packs, so the cold chain is never broken.

We source premium seafood, searching far and wide to find the best species available during the year. Each week, our sales reps receive a list of the species that are available and pass it on to their customers. Just place your order by 11 a.m. and we'll ship it for delivery the next day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
